Your tasks

  • Build and maintain highly functional, user-focused, scalable and performant native iOS/ iPadOS applications.
  • Develop new features as well as maintain the existing codebase and fix bugs.
  • Develop new apps and product ideas from scratch.
  • Continuously improve our products by researching & implementing latest technologies and platform guidelines to create great user experiences while keeping our code base healthy & modern.
  • Use continuous integration & code reviews to ensure the code quality, performance and stability.
  • Work closely together with other developers, design, QA and Android teams to continually give and receive feedback to improve our products whether for developers or our users.
  • Contribute to writing of functional requirements, plannings and implementation documentation.
  • Work in an agile environment using Scrum methodology in bi-weekly sprints.

What we expect from you

  • You can work independently and stay self-motivated while others can trust and count on your word to deliver on time.
  • You know that communication is a key for great teamwork and you are able to communicate clearly, precisely and engaging whether it is a simple idea, explaining a complex issue or feedback for a team member.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (C1-level as an indication).
  • You are able to keep an overview of complex systems to identify issues and you have excellent problem solving skills to handle those with care.
  • You are passionate about your job and you are committed to steadily improving yourself and doing your best for both, your team & the company. You know that even small details can make a difference.
  • You have 4+ years of experience developing for the iOS ecosystem and shipping apps to users.
  • You have a deep understanding of Swift and the latest iOS development tools using Xcode.
  • You are always aware of the latest app experiences and the overall iOS/iPadOS environment.
  • You are familiar with and like to work using Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
  • You have solid knowledge of testing principles.
  • Bonus: knowledge and experience in technologies used by us: MVVM, Reactive Programming (ReactiveX, Combine), Protocol Oriented Programming, CoreLocation, CoreData, UIKit, Adaptive User Interfaces, Google Firebase Products, Git, RESTful Services, Jenkins, fastlane.
